need to have the smooth silky look to the water...possibly a pass (or an additional one) with a noise filter...and your bubble isn't super, super clear and sharp...
IMO this is a bit OOF (with possible exception of the clear bubble). There also seems to be a grainy texture to the orange ripples. Not a bad shot, just missing something - needs a bit of extra pop of some kind.
I'm not voting in this challenge, but if I were I'd give this a 10. It's simple and elegant, and has an appealing tonal range within the orange and yellow spectrum. I like the softness of the ripples...

If I was voting in this challenge I would have given you a 8. It gives me a real feeling of tranquillity. The composition is just right with the bubble off centre. I like it.
