I like the misty water and green moss but find the entire image to be too messy, try looking for simpler images with less clutter. Here I would have consider getting up close to the waterfall and that round rock in the middle of shot.
Too busy. Need to tone down the surrounding area to highlight your subject. The leafless branches aren't adding anything either. I do like how you positioned the waterfall off-center. Good luck.
