Perfect exposure and contrast make this one pop. It's a perfectly formed flower too! Altogether just a lovely shot and would make a great print.

Mid day sun makes for uninteresting lighting and oddly wasjed out colors. Imagine this same picture with a warmer late afternoon light. Perhaps some better shadows to give depth to the flower and some richer greens and yellows. Nice composition, wrong time of day.
