First team practice. Sun just above the horizon. The kids had tossed their soccer balls off to the side for some drills. From my vantage point, in a nice cozy chair, these were some distance away. Ended up racked all the way out on my 'Bigma' (500mm) to get this. :-) The fact that they were mostly red was a bonus...most of the balls outside of these were white. These just happened to be grouped together.

Not really sure about the composition here, the white ball is the one that draws my attention yet it is places behind on of the red balls. I would have probably used selective desat on the grass. Just keeping the red of the balls would have given a really striking effect here. The grass is patchy and partly dead, and also distracting by the uneven textures
