I get your humor but..... I've ridden for 20+ years and have several friends that are handicapped that ride. That's why God made trikes and side cars!! ;)

Yeah, not so unusual.
Handicap parking spaces are practically required everywhere in California. My local motorcycle dealer was even required to have handicap-accessible restrooms when remodeling the store...
We have handicap license plates for motorcycles, too. One of my friends received one after becoming disabled by crushing his ankle in an accident.
