It's "ok"...a little busy with the wood posts in the water and the bare branches on the left. A tighter comp of the towers and their water reflection might be interesting. Just a thought. Good luck.
This is just on the fringe of being over edited in my opinion. It has that pseudo HDR look, but just barely....you know the kind where the whole photo gets a fake, flat look. Bt thankfully you did not go all the way with it. I like the composition, the water and the reflections. 7 from me.
