I enjoy gritty urban scenes. This has that feel. As "fine art" it is less successful. If the framing were changed somehow (for example to include more near the top edge) it may have been an interesting composition also.
Would I hang this on my wall. Probably not, but still a very interesting picture. However I judge on what I would hang in my apartment. I am not sure if I would classify this as "fine art". Nevertheless a good pic. for an other competition. At the moment you will have to live with my 5.
