What a fun challenge!
I was hesitant to enter but am so glad that I did. I am so appreciative of all the wonderful comments and two favorites.
I'd love to see another challenge like this one. (I'd prefer it to be basic editing, though. I love to see what creative work can be done using your camera!..but that's just me.)

Beautiful (hell -- stunning) still life work. In a challenge like this, I wasn't prepare to give lots of points to any still life, but in this case I'm making an exception. Lots to explore here.
Looks like a shot through a store of some kind, perhaps? Evocation like that usually detracts for me, and doesn't make me think "fine art". This is an interesting shot of light rays, though. I get the sense that you've interpreted abstraction as fine art. For me, the two aren't necessarily synonymous.
Exquisite Photographic ART! You must give us a How-To Lesson, after the challenge! Unquestionably "10" from me! Potentially Front page for the challenge! Great Work! :)
This, I can see in a moder(ish) art gallery. Some slightly distracting extra bits in the background (white jar etc) but really fun effect which makes me go 'hmmmm'. :o) Great entry!
I'm not sure if this is the idea that you were working with, but I like to see this rather classic still life presented in a very "today" way. Good work.
