I have never stood among the bamboo before & I wouldn't've done it this time but for the macro lens on my camera. I got real close to take this shot & when I did, I heard the wind in the bamboo for the first time in my life. What an interesting, peaceful, windchime-like sound. I want to go back with recording equipment to capture this ambient music.

I immediately thought this was a concrete pipe - it could almost be anything when it's this close up!
Nice texture and composition - the slow changing from dark to bright is even and just right - the shadows aren't too dark and the light isn't too bright.
I like this alot however alot of people on this site will not like it because it is "blown out" and from experience, people on this site HATE blown out areas... I however like it! good shot...
