Tonal contrast, cropped, resized, converted to BW with Silver Efex.
In duplicate layer lightened the darks and darkened the lights with black and white paint.
Some black Fractalius to stylize the branches.
Used a wet window with twigs overlay. Levels to bring out contrast, smart sharpen.
