Cropped, Lucis Art, Resized.

Lightened arm and hand, smoothed lips, added some red to hers, lightened eyes.

Glamor glow, selective color adjustment, Nik Color Contrast Range.

Then I went back and did some Nik Midnight, cropped some more - lost complete control and did a bunch more things - probably should have started over, but it's time for bed now.
