For those who were curious about what kind of eggs and nest this is:
these are quail eggs and I created the scene with a fake nest from Micheal's and some feathers from my husband's fly-tying stuff. Quails actually make their nests on the ground with grasses and do not line them with leaves or feathers, but I thought I'd take a little "creative license" for the topic. :-)
