This photo impressed me the second it appeared on my screen! Extremely clear and very well exposed - also nicely framed. I expect to see this on the front page at the end of voting. Good luck.
The crispness and clarity of the rotunda is really nice and the colors are absolutely beautiful, but the leaves in the bottom left and center are slightly distracting. I like the flag blowing in the wind, too. Overall, a really great shot!
