I like all the circular elements in this image, and the way my eye gets drawn into the image. However, it is a bit over sharpened for my taste, and I find several areas (such as behind the table and chairs) just a tad busy.

nice subject, a little cluttered. Maybe a lower point of view would have helped? concrete floor too dominant for a "garden" image
