A good average, but I still think you got robbed. Got a 7 from me. If I'd had time to vote 'em all this might have even gotten a bump up at the end.
Sorry to hear the bad news story. It does not change what the photo is. Warning taken, however.

excellent shot - although maybe just a little too bright - still it has nice elements and different textures and leading lines; makes it all very interesting |

Fun composition. Nice use of depth of field. Be careful playing on the railroad tracks. |
