Lighting is very harsh (from direct camera flash I'm assuming), try diffusing it through a white sheet of paper. Dust/lint in the screen is very distracting. The purple background is uneven. The coiled headphones could have been arranged more pleasantly. Sorry if it sounded harsh, just some constructive criticisms.
when doing shot like this, you want the subject to be as clean as possible and the b/g as undistracting as possible, this falls a little short on both counts
Good use of a close up perspective. Lots of color here but it is somewhat flat due to the felt background. The mp3 is somewhat dusty making for a not so appealing product shot.
