you've got great potential here...for me the position of her head takes away from the picture...if her chin were down a touch and she was "peeking over at you" that would really draw you in...I like your tones in this...nice and rich

nice use of umbrella...but the composition (placement of her head mainly) doesn't work...it needs a bit more space on the bottom and less at the top
