Remnants of what was once a beautiful Pointsettia back in December.
I'm expecting about a 4.?? in a Free Study on this one but, of course, HOPING for better. :)

This one is doing so poorly that I don't even want to look at the score anymore LOL. Knew I shouldn't have entered this one! :) Wonder if I'm in line for the coveted Brown? Hmmm....

I'm smiling at the comment about the angle of the camera and showing the plant being bared. Thus, my title! :) It IS the "Remnants" of this plant that I purposely set out to photograph. :) This comment actually made my day because it made me smile! :) We can all use smiles! :)

This is doing pretty much how I expected it to do so, no big surprise here but, I can't wait for this challenge to end so that its low score is not sitting in front of me everytime I go to my home page LOL!
Post Challenge: SIGH....really "rock bottom" in score. Just shy of the Brown. Ah well...it's over and will soon be buried! :) But, I've gotta say that I think there's something wrong when this one scores BELOW a bug splat, a blurry photo of whatever, an "abstract" of whatever and several others. There were also others of higher value than mine, down there with mine in score???? What's going on here???? :(

I would have rated this higher if you angle had been from above and had you filled the frame with the flower petals...from this angle it appears that the flowers are on their last leg...getting spindly
