What a laser sharp eye. It is indeed 0.55 of a degree tilted in the direction you specified. Didn't notice it myself until you mentioned it.

I'm going through the entries, stopping at those images I feel have had the benefit of an unconventional eye and dwelling a little longer to try to see and appreciate what you saw. This is one of those images.

Positives: Pigeons on vacation! I like it! Tons of dynamism here, the image feels like it exploding - I particularly like the shadows.

Critical stuff: Perhaps the surf line is throwing my eye out but the horizon looks slight off to me - a tad lower on the left.

Overall: A great capture - you've made me feel like I was got to see this happen for real. Great job.
