I think this challenge is wide open to interpretation, but I think this is really too much of a stretch for me (at least given that "headline"). I really like the colors in the sky, but I am seeing a bit of a blurrry haze on my monitor. It appears that the foreground is "level", but I think I would have leveled the horizon instead. The foreground lacks detail and is very dark, but that may be influenced by my monitor or desired in how you wanted to present this. I would like a little more "interest" to draw me in; right now, the yellow sun on the horizon is the only focus of interest.
