Every town has a "Broad" street but you give this one a life that transcends the usual clichés. I think it's the angle and slight tilt together with the strong contrast that makes it work.
Hmmm, the essence of Broad St. is "dead". The clouds seem too bright for the scene. If this were my shot, I'd play around with the b/w conversion to see if I could brighten up the street.
Excellent B&W conversion with a wide range of tones none blown out or hidden in dark shadow. Great sky top to add interest to the scene. One thing lacking is people or activity. Otherwise a great photo.
