Some localised screening and soft light blend, spot blurring in Photoshop.
3 clip on lights from Lowe's, above right, left side fill, left side rim, a handheld white diffuser over main light and a flashlight in a white plastic bag overhead.

Good. I might liked a bit more yellow for the pears but that's just me. Small issue, the shot is a good entry. Nice work here.
