It seems as if some parts of the railing is desaturated. I'm guessing it's the actual dirty worn color of the railing. maybe a little saturation or cloning would help.

Beautiful garden, not sure if I find the bridge a strong subject of composition though.

the dof of field has created the most wonderful textures with the different trees and foliage, bridge creates contrast with nice flowing lines.....however the red areas appear a little patchy to me.
