I didn't know what to really submit for this challenge. This is my first advance challenge. Due to my upcoming first child and my new job in a new city, I haven't really had any time to dedicate to photography. But I am getting back into it.
This is from my trip to San Francisco this last past May. We stayed in the freezing cold to get some of the most amazing shots of Golden Gate Bridge.
This was taken with the 5D Mark II at ISO100, f/8 for 10seconds. My focal length was 55mm.

Jeepers, I wonder where this is!
:-))
Great shot, and I say that as one who has aimed a camera at this bridge many, many times in its many moods.
You caught the personality of this bridge beautifully. From the lighting to the delicate treatment of the fog bank that is about to envelop you, there it is. I think it is very well done and you received many fine comments reinforcing this viewpoint.
Because it's my job to nitpic, if this was mine (and I know it isn't) I might have toned down those lights at the other end of the bridge at the waterline. They (IMO) detract just slightly from the overall majesty of your image.
Good luck in your new job and your new city and come back to see us soon!
An exceptionally well done rendition of a great landmark. The very light fog adds a great deal to the image. Congrats on your timing and your execution.
I say all the time I will never get tired of shots of this fantastic bridge. It is simple never the same, it changes like magic. Those lights, the sky, you really have a great shot here. O' and your lens is sweet too.
