GREETINGS FROM THE CRITIQUE CLUB Whoa - what a beautiful image. So, why aren't you on the front page? I don't know. You have two 'favs' so that's something. And you came in fairly high in this strange pack of DPC voters. So that's something.
As something of an artist myself, I compliment you on your drawing skills. The beautiful placement in the frame of both the face and the dried stalks work well. Everything certainly meets the Challenge.
This is one of those (few) times that I cannot think of anything that would "improve" this image. It is just lovely, and you can be rightly proud of it.
I wasn't sure what I thought about this the first time so I skipped it, now that I am seeing it again there is something I like about it. I think the shadows on her face work well for the style and the grain/noise is well done.
