I tried to get a shot of the kids playing with bubbles - one of those B&W shots that says "oh what fun" but it didn't happen. I grab the bubble stuff, blew some and then followed bubbles as they floated away. I felt the reflection and ther background worked well together.

Always fun to get an image from another member of the Critique Club to look at.
This is a good one and I'm pleased to have a second chance to look at it, this time more carefully than during the voting process, where it earned a 7 from me.
Okay, to work: the blurred background is excellent. You found exactly the right place to shoot this and your f4 aperture was perfect for this effect. While, if it was mine, I might have preferred to get the complete opalescent/iridescent shine on the bubble, we take what we can get. The pattern reflected in your example works very well as it is balanced nicely in the sphere.
With your nice finish, why you ought to be in the Critique Club! Wait a minute, you are!
