The desaturation isn't obvious? are we looking at the same photograph? Clown. this is a great shot. Sorry but just completely frustrated with this site and the crap that gets voted high. the desaturation is great. It's a great action shot. A bit tighter would have helped the image.
Nice action shot, well captured.. and so carefully desaturated that (if not for the bright reflection on the dinghy)..you may just mistake this for a dull day
Fun action shot - but I don't think the de-sat actually works for this subject: to my eye, the fun of the shot is in the guy's expression, and the spray of the water. The colour in the inflatable puts the subject there, and this creates a conflict which to me doesn't help the shot. 5
nice job. i like it, it works perfectly. If his face was just a little more visible you would have gotten my first 10. So nice will have to do. I love the rope.
Pretty good, only complaints is there is color in the water below the innertube and person. That said, I would like to see just the tube in color, would make more of a statement me thinks.
