My wife and I went to the capitol building. As a few noted, the sky was not fantasic on this particular day. However, I thought the shading in the clouds brought some interest.

I feel the foreground tree distracts. The building needs more crispness I feel to be a more impactful shot. 6

nice shot, but IMO the grayness of the day was working against you...make your picture to dark (under exposed), but you do have excellent clarity
