Algonquin Park is a very large--and very beautiful--provincial park in Ontario, Canada. I was lucky enough to be able to go there on a weekend camera club outing this past October (2009) when the autumn colours were at their very peak. The weekend turned out to be quite rainy and the sunrises we got up so early to capture proved to be elusive. But we were rewarded for our early rising one morning by this beautiful mist which, together with the rosy glow in the sky and the layers of hills, made for great photo ops.
