After strategic cropping of orginal, the usual flips, a couple in difference mode to get the turquoise in the jewels, then in lighten mode. On the final rotation all faces were lost, so I copied the version with the faces, scaled it down and put it in the center. Always erasing bits so the faces showed through. Color Efex Pro cross processing, soft focus, levels, etc.
