The question was how can I capture something old, underlying in the same time that is not working any longer? The idea I found was to illustrate how the components are 'missing' in order to make the clock tick again...
Not very happy with the image, I don't find it very impactful. My prediction is somewhere around 6.3. maybe... :)

Great creativity. Love the edgy framing of the clockface and like the floating parts. I wish I could see the last part a little more in focus but that's because I'm so interested in looking at the photo. My fav of the challenge.
