Great lighting, details, dof, pose. I would agree with deleting the internal frame. Minor suggestion: you might clone out the grass blades in front of her hand.
This is very pretty - she seems a bit squished in the frame - I think it is the internal framing maybe making me feel that way, I might have pulled back on the crop a bit. Nice focus on her eyes and she sure has perfect teeth. I also really like your dof on this - great work!
