in CS3, combined 2 shots with different exposures to get the clouds visible and keep the detail on the moon intact. Applied brightness/contrast adjustment layer to moon, resized, despeckle to remove some grain and usm to sharpen the moon.
This was actually taken after the full moon, so the moon was not completely round.

The cloud cover that you captured looks quite similiar to those which I had to work with... It took me a few hours to get a break in the clouds to get my photo, and I like yours better than mine!
