Really like the contrast against the bright blue sky

You've done a wonderful job with the light. I love all the textures.

I like how the trunk feels like a painting.

I like how the branches fill the frame.

I love the branches, they look like great big tentacles reaching out to the sky. I don't like what Topaz did to the bark though. I love bark and would liked to have seen the great textures of this pine tree's natural bark. It did a nice job on the blue sky and green needles though.

Nice view and really nice processing

The "from the group up" angle is classic, but I really like the Topaz effect, that's the first thing that drew me into the photo.

I love the composition.

I like the smudgy effect on the bark. Ahh blue sky, it looks so nice and warm!

i think you stood in the perfect place to take this picture. the shapes the branches make against the sky are so interesting! nice!

I like the structure of the tree (and it's nice to see some sun and a blue sky)

Looking up sometimes gives us interesting perspectives as here! I really like the network of branches and the colors. The little "bursts" of needle look like New Year fireworks :)

It's a popper!

Fantastic angle and wonderful blues and greens. I love the quite harsh texture of the branches ending in the soft leaves.

I love the contrast of the green and blue as well as the texture of the bark but what makes it graet is the point of view...

When I looked at the thumbnail I thought, "Boring centred shot of a tree" but once I opened it up and saw all the amazing textures and contrasts my opinion changed!

Love the perspective! Lovely sky, too.

Beautifully composed, exposed, and colorful!

I like the POV as well. It does look like the simplify effect.

Love trees and the angle you took this from is fab.

I'm always a sucker for looking straight up trees and this is no exception. Love the texture of the bark. Very nice.
