At first glance I thought this was the foam from an incoming wave, but on second glance it looks like a stony covered area partially covered with ice. In either case I really like the ephemeral nature of the reflection, the overall details captured, and the contrast of the two parts.
I'm assuming you were going for the eye forming a man shape in the frame. I don't think that it really hit hte mark. Can't really say that if it did, i would connect the title. I'm not sure if the high key approach works here.
