Thank you all for your comments and votes, the moon was right above me, I would have to wait a couple more hours to get it into the shot and the clouds were coming in fast, I did try later but it was completly overcast.

I will tell you that this is the only picture in this challenge that doesn't have the moon in the picture that I am voting on, and I am giving it a 8 because it is that good.

Gorgeous. Front page for sure, if not a ribbon. A couple of "hot" spots in the city lights, but incredible detail on the mountains. Not voting.
