 Adjusted in RAW. Then used CS3 for levels, brightness, curves, dodge and burn, noise reduction, sharpening, and a bit of cloning to get rid of hot spots. Added a layer mask. The usual stuff.

The photo was made in early morning at Eternity Beach on Oahu.
