Consider using ambient light instead of your pop-up flash to prevent it from becoming a specular highlight on the globe, and maybe close the drapes as well.
Cute snapshot. The center composition does not hold well for me. But the setup is nice. I would have hoped for something a bit stronger though. Maybe modify the area so the lights were not so strong and that there were cleaner reflections on the globe.
