That white sky is a bummer, but it's still a really cool old bridge. I didn't notice you were off-center until I read Delta_6's comment. Cant's say that that bothers me. I'd like to see a little more contrast in the shot, some really black blacks.
This is worth going back and shooting again when the sky is better.
The sky is awfully bright and makes looking at the top of the bridge painful. You're off centre which does not help at all, it just grates on my eyes, I can't explain it further sorry.
