While I have no problem with the subject of a candid shot to be aware of the photographer, a few things in this photo don't really work for me: the harsh overexposure from the right that eliminates all details in the face, the OOF approach you chose (wouldn't it be cool to see some real sharp smoke coming actually out of his mouth ?) and the lack of environmnetal context. He is a handsome guy (I guess), but what is his story? With the presentation you chose, you're risking to be moved into the "snapshot" category. |
