 Neat imaged to reduce noise.
PS auto-level, crop, cloned out a few small distractions on the pavement, awning & right upper corner by the tree branch.
Layered, deasturated, eraser tool to re-saturate car, merged, USM.

The colors are nice, and it's a great picture but, there isn't enough contrast in the background to make it jump out at the viewer.

Nicely done. The vibrant colors really pop! I only have one little nitpick about the palm tree...either more fronds or less, but that's pretty insignificant. Nice angle. Maybe a bit lower would be more dynamic? I don't know...I'm learning about car shots now anyway, so that just came to mind. Great shot! :o)
