The dirty thumbnail isn't helping. It looks like I was the model lol.
Also, might have helped to have the light diffused? Way to hot on the right side of the glass.

The smoke does not really add anything to the ambiance that the good lighting emits.

sorry but i see this as more of a spooky shot, with the dirty thumb and the smoke. Otherwise it is nicely composed, I would have tried for a bit more detail in the hand or tweak down the reds a touch.
