Great subject and good selective clarity at the front/back end of the creature. Would have liked to see a more side on shot with greater DOF to clearly highlight all of it's amazing features. (Not voting)
He's saying "Leave me alone"! Nice focus on the front third of the caterpiller. I might have cropped out the right and left space to the left to let him "move" into?
DOF is very difficult to handle in macro shots, and here it could certainly stand some improvement. I do like the contrast in color between the bug and the leaves.
