 Actually the lake is a river...

Shot with a Lensbaby

Rather heavy post-processing:
Capture NX2
- slight crop and straighten
- ushark mask with large radius
- many control points to put further focus on the cabin
- some brush work in the lower right corner
- tonal contrast(Color Efex Pro 3.0 in CNX2) brushed in
- save as tif
Photoshop CS4:
- Silver Efex Pro in CS4 with some structure added; vignette added; toning added
- resize
- border
- save for web
