Another new addition to the family. Frost is the first kitten to adopt us that isn't from the one female I can't catch and fix (in other words the rest of my cats are related and he's not). He's got very long fur and is extremely fluffy. He is completely tame now, has been fixed, and loves hanging out indoors :-)
On the image I gave it a painterly effect with Topaz Simplify, BuzSim, increased contrast with Nik Color Efex Pro, then used the overlay below in overlay mode.
