I took 8 shots during this group, but was only able to use 4 due to the long (30 sec) interval of each shot and the clouds not wanting to stay put. I got a bunch of great pics this week, but none of them really lived up to my expectations of this particular challenge.

I don't think that comments are seen during voting and maybe they should. Everyone talked about the crop of this photo, but it wasn't really a crop at all. It was a pano that didn't live up to the full potential due to changes in the clouds. Thanks for the comments to those who commented. I do hope that in the future DPC implements some rule that forces anyone giving 4 or less to leave a comment. At least 3 or less. that would have given me 45 comments at minimum to understand those points of view.
Not a bad start! It's a little strange just seeing the tops of the trees (it's like just seeing the tops of people's heads) so perhaps get the entire tree, or ditch them altogether. Nice idea though.
