A decent enough scene, but I'm not seeing any sign of a tilt-shift look to it. If this is a more subtle use of the technique, please feel free to whack me over the head with a cluebat.

Added: Went and researched it a bit and it appears I was incorrect in my understanding of tilt-shift. From Wikipedia:
Such lenses are frequently used in architectural photography to control perspective, and in landscape photography to get an entire scene sharp.

Bumping my vote up a little.

though this is a gallant effort....to me this just isn't the same as the other ones that make their pictures look like miniature villages/people/construction zones...

The Pof (Plane of Focus) appears very parallel to the camera sensor giving the entire picture equal focus and scale. It makes getting the "miniature" affect common with tilt/shift photos difficult to achieve.
