Topaz Detail - Adjusted detail sharpness obviously, and I think I reduced the saturation a little in there.
Gradient tool on Color Burn mode burnt the top 1/4 of the photo to darken the sky.
Dodged some of the grass sparkles and lightened up the upper left that I had just burnt because the clouds seemed too dark.
Sharpen tool on just the grass
Bumped contrast +5

I really like the effect that you have with the water drops and the sun rising but the trees bother me (not sufficiently...) they just don't seem to add to the picture, but I'm not sure if it would work without them in the picture (see I said not sufficiently)
