beautiful use of varied texture and color, I like that you used a narrow DOF to have only clear focus on the pattered shoe. Gains almost an abstract quality the longer one observes...a top 5 no doubt...9
At first I saw legs. Then I came back 24 hours later and saw heels on a mirrored surface and understood your skewed/tilted shot and bumped another 2 for creativity and subtlety. I didn't like the dark lighting but ignored this for the artsy-ness of the shot.
The photo is technically awesome. The ligh drapes across the object and there is beautiful color. I love the dark shadows. However, I have no idea what I am looking at and can't tell if it is a tool of a tango dancer. I am guessing it is a wardrobe?? Can't really tell. It would have been better to provide some context.
