I was going for the brown, misspelling titles always help with that.
DelErium is a fictional place, quite well known within the the sci-fi/paranormal reading community, not to be confused with the state of mind, delIrium.
....yeah, that's the ticket...
...but alas I see the spell checkers are already correcting me, bless their little hearts. Mistakes happen, what are ya gonna do.

...ok...it's not "effects" or "processing"...this is all "in cam" with a B&W conversion post process...could have put it in a basic editing challenge. I wonder why so many think distortion is done post processing? Yet so many ribbon winners , many that have the shit processed out of them, are so pleasing to so many? It just gets kind of frustrating...

Ah ha! You got me this week - I can almost always recognize your work and in retrospect shoulda picked up on this one. It was the spelling error, I'm sure. Which I didn't notice... At any rate, one of my top picks this week. Works for me.
You really managed to capture this "delerium" effect very well. It gives this image the feel of"another dimension." A separate reality as if viewing from a different consciousness. 10
Look at all that crispy texture in those leaves...I can almost hear that crunchy sound that leaves make as you walk across them. Ooh, and look at tasty grain up near the top. Very nice!
